Ebi Roll



Ah, I make a ebi roll, its almost like a sushi (maybe). So, I bought all the ingrediens at Foreign Supermarket. Like rice vinegar, fresh shrimp, japanese cucumber, giant nori or dried seaweed and mushroom. And for Makisu or Bamboo roll, I got it  from dad's friend, a gift from Japan. 
And for Shoyu, I get free when buy fresh salmon. Mix it with chili powder and Wasabi. 
For The shrimp, cut the back shrimp, roll it on white egg and Bread crumb. and fry it.
Ah, for the rice, I don't bought a special rice for sushi, and I changed it with Gelatin, cook the rice and add the gelatin powder (white, without any color), The rice feels so sweet and solid.


It's so full for break fasting. Seriously, delicious, and cheaper than you eating at sushi hall.

tapi kata abang gua di Giant atau di Daily Food Hall ato macam Foreign Supermarket sih biasanya ada
